The Packaging

The Zalman headphones come packaged in a peek-a-boo type carton that allows you to see partially what the item is coming to look like through the clear plastic window that wraps from around the side to the front of the carton.

Looking at the front of the carton you can see that there is not a great deal of information other than the model number of the headphones and at the bottom of the carton are four icons the lists the same features as we have posted at the beginning of the review.  Then least we forget the name Zalman is listed as the manufacturer  of the headphone.

Looking at the side-panel of the carton you will find a great deal of information regarding the construction material used on these headphones.  The headphone are actually a 2-way 4-speaker system that employees Neodymium Magnet speaker units which will provide powerful bass and optimized audio performance.

The speakers used in the ZM-DS4F consist of a 28mm Woofer with and independent tweeter for the very best in ultra clear highs and mid-ranges.  Also enclosed into the headphones is 40 Independent PEI Woofer which will bring the headphone that true sounds head rattling bass.

Looking at the side panel of the carton it lists the specifications of the headphones and that is where I found something odd.  To start things off most scientist believe that a young human as an audible range of somewhere between 15-18,000 Hz and 20-20,000 Hz. Yet the the Zalman headphones have an audible range of 50 Hz to 20 KHz.  I am not sure why they chose that frequency range.
