Introduction

Every once in a while you receive news of a product that really peaks your interest even though it was only on the drawing board, that was the way I felt when I heard about the capabilities of the new AMD 780G and SB700 combo.  The wait is over and we finally have a chance to review this totally unique motherboard and we will be running some benchmarks to see just how well the motherboard actually performs.

One of the things that makes this board so interesting is the fact that the AMD chipset integrates a powerful DirectX®10 graphics core powered by ATI's HD3200 graphics driver.  It is also the first motherboard to deliver a true HD cinematic experience while also being a great choice for someone wanting to make a Green PC.
