Introduction

Our friends at Apevia have have long been known for making some very nice mid-priced cases, but as of late they have started to turn some of their attention to high-end power supplies.  The review we are doing today will be showcasing one of these new power supplies  A few years ago if someone had of mentioned that they were going to need a 900 to 1000 watt power supply to operate their computer someone would have assumed you had forgot to take your morning medicine.  That is not the case today as faster processors and multiple GPU's, terabyte hard drives demand that we add larger and heavier duty power supplies to our systems.

Apevia Corporation is the new name for Aspire International Corporation which was established in March 1999. Due to lots of confusions between Aspire cases, Acer's Aspire Notebook systems and Aspire Credit Cards, we have decided to change our name to Apevia Corporation in June 2006.
