Introduction
It has been some time since we have had our hot little hands on a power supply from our good friends at Seasonic, so when I received and email last week asking if I would like to review their new S12D 750w power supply I immediately responded back that we would love the chance. The last power supply we reviewed was the S12 II which is a predecessor to this one, this unit proved to be a fantastic power supply and it also recorded some of the tightest voltages of any power supply we had reviewed up to that point.
When the press release came out on August 19th of the year here is what Seasonic part of what they had to say about the S12D.

The Seasonic S12D Series is equipped with advanced design and quality components to satisfy consumers’ need for stability and reliability. With the DC to DC converter design and under ±3% of voltage variation rate, the S12D Series is geared up for superior dynamic response supporting a foundation for greater system stability. Adapting the high-quality solid caps on 12V output and highly reliable 105℃ Japanese capacitors, the 12D Series is able to employ its features of low resistance, high level of heat-proofing, a high level of performance, stability, and durability under high operating temperatures, frequencies, and currents.
