Introduction

Having just recently returned from Las Vegas and visiting the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show we had the opportunity to see the new case designs for 2009. Even after seeing numerous new styles using both steel and aluminum construction we came to a rather rapid conclusion and that being if you have a computer case design that the market really likes and buys, then why mess with it!

That is exactly what we said when we saw the Antec Model 1200 on display in the Antec Suite. Yes, there new prototype case looks very exciting, it was the fact that the Model 1200 has all of the features that computer enthusiasts ask for in the cases they buy. Such things as large amounts of space for numerous hard drives, massive air flow, good looks, and a huge amount of room in which to work in when it comes time to install the components for your system. The Antec 1200 has all of these features and a lot more.

The Antec Twelve Hundred is the evolution of the best-selling Nine Hundred, expanding on its award-winning design with even more cooling, capacity, and convenience. The Twelve Hundred is incredibly robust, with 12 drive bays, 7 expansion slots, and space for even the largest graphics cards. To keep the most demanding systems nice and cool, the Twelve Hundred boasts an unprecedented cooling system, with a top mounted 200mm blue LED fan, two rear blue LED 120mm fans, and three front blue LED 120mm fans to cool the HDD cages. Factor in convenient features like front mounted USB, eSATA, and HD audio ports, and the Twelve Hundred obliterates the competition.
